Snowballs
SERVES: COOK TIME: 10 minutes TOTAL TIME: 1 hour
Ingredients
1 package Solo Foods Marzipan
1 cup chocolate chips/melting wafers
2 cups powdered sugar
Water
Instructions
Roll the marzipan into equal sized balls, up to you on the size (it's however big you would like your snowballs!). Leave the balls out to dry for at least an hour. Put balls in the fridge while you melt your chocolate. Melt you chocolate and cover each ball in the melted chocolate. Place the balls on parchment paper until chocolate sets. In a bowl, mix powdered sugar with a bit of water to get an icing, not too runny and not too thick! In a separate bowl, put just powdered sugar. Dip each ball in the icing to coat and quickly transfer the ball to the powdered sugar bowl, covering all sides of the ball. If you find your icing too runny, add more powdered sugar and mix well. Repeat for every ball, make more icing and add more powdered sugar as needed. Let them dry at room temperature and enjoy!
