Ingredients
Dough
1/2 lb cream cheese
1/2 lb butter
3 cups flour
1 can Solo Foods Apricot Filling
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add the flour, and mix again until smooth. Roll dough out thin and flour lightly. Cut dough into 3″ squares. Add about a teaspoon of Solo Foods Apricot Filling to each piece of cut dough. Roll squares into logs. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Enjoy!
