Ingredients

1 cup
all-purpose flour
1 cup
white whole wheat flour
3 1⁄2 teaspoon
baking powder
1 tablespoon
sugar
1⁄2 teaspoon
salt
1 cup
almond milk
1⁄2 cup
apple cider
2 teaspoon
apple cider vinegar
1  
egg
1 teaspoon
almond extract
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
1⁄4 cup
Solo Almond Paste (cut into small pieces)

Instructions

To make this delicious Triple Almond Apple Cider Pancake recipe...

  • Combine the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Add wet ingredients, except almond paste. Stir until fully mixed.
  • Then add the pieces of almond paste into the batter and mix again.
  • Preheat an electric griddle to 300 degrees, when heated grease the surface with butter or butter spray.
  • Use about ¼ cup of batter per pancake. When the surface is no longer shiny, flip the pancakes until fully cooked.
  • Serve the almond apple cider pancakes with butter, syrup and your other favorite pancake toppings.
