Instructions

To make this Pumpkin Spice White Chocolate Brownies recipe...

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish by lining it with foil and spraying it with non-stick spray.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add Solo Marshmallow Creme, pumpkin purée, egg (egg whites and whole egg), and canola oil.
  • Using an electric mixer, mix on medium until evenly blended (approximately 1-2 minutes).
  • In a separate mixing bowl, add sifted flour, dark cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and salt. Using a whisk, mix the ingredients until evenly distributed.
  • Slowly add second mixture to the first mixture, while mixing on low. Mix for 1-2 minutes, or until an even consistency is achieved.

  • Gently stir them into the mixture using a spatula or wooden spoon.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Place brownies in the oven and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
