Ingredients

1  
graham cracker pie crust (prepared)
16 ounce
cream cheese, softened
1⁄2 cup
sugar
1⁄2 teaspoon
vanilla extract
2  
egg
7 ounce
pumpkin puree
1⁄2 teaspoon
cinnamon
1⁄8 teaspoon
ground cloves
1⁄8 teaspoon
nutmeg
1⁄8 teaspoon
ground ginger

Instructions

To make this pumpkin pie cheesecake recipe...

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Place softened cream cheese, Solo Marshmallow Creme, sugar, eggs, and vanilla into a medium mixing bowl.
  • Mix with an electric mixer on high for 1 to 2 minutes, until smooth and evenly blended.
  • Remove 1 cup of the mixture and add to a prepared graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  • Add pumpkin purée, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg to the mixture in the mixing bowl.
  • Mix on high for 1 to 2 minutes, or until evenly blended.
  • Pour mixture over the first layer in the pie crust, and spread evenly.
  • Place pie into a preheated oven and bake for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
