nutmeg 1⁄2 teaspoon

ground ginger 1⁄2 teaspoon
salt 3⁄4 cup
unsalted butter, softened 1 cup
sugar 15 ounce
pumpkin puree 2 teaspoon
vanilla extract 2
egg 7 ounce

To make this pumpkin bread recipe...
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, baking soda, ginger, and salt into a medium mixing bowl and whisk together until evenly blended.
- In a separate large mixing bowl, add Marshmallow Creme, sugar, and butter. Mix with an electric blender for approximately 1 minute. Add in pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and eggs, then continue to mix for another minute.
- Slowly add in the dry, mixed ingredients to the wet ingredients while mixing on low. Mix until evenly blended.
- Prepare two loaf pans by moderately greasing. Sprinkle each pan with a light layer of flour.
- Evenly distribute mixture between the two pans.
- Bake for approximately 60-70 minutes, or until they pass the toothpick test. Remove loaves from oven and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from pan.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy.
