Ingredients

1 1⁄2 cup
white whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon
baking soda
1⁄2 teaspoon
baking powder
1⁄2 teaspoon
salt
5 tablespoon
Solo Almond Paste
1 cup
sugar
1⁄2 cup
oil
2  
egg
2  
banana (very ripe)
1 tablespoon
vanilla extract

Instructions

To make this Pressure Cooker Almond Banana Bread recipe...

  • Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
  • In a food processor, combine the sugar and almond paste. Then, add the oil, eggs, vanilla extract and bananas until the mixture is smooth.
  • In the large bowl, Combine the banana mixture with the dry ingredients and stir until the flour mixture is fully incorporated.
  • Grease and fill a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish with the batter. Cover it with foil.
  • Put a trivet in the pressure cooker and add 1 cup water before putting in the dish.
  • Cook the bread on high pressure for 50 minutes on a manual setting.
  • Perform a quick release – carefully remove the almond banana bread and serve after cooling.
