egg (large) 2 tablespoon

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt to a small mixing bowl and whisk together.
- Add butter, Solo Marshmallow Creme, and 1/2 cup of sugar into a medium mixing bowl, and mix with an electric mixer on high for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add eggs and continue to mix on high for one more minute.
- Reduce the speed to low and gradually add the flour mixture.
- In a separate small bowl, mix remaining sugar and cinnamon.
- Shape dough into 1 1/2 to 2 inch balls.
- Roll dough balls in cinnamon sugar.
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Place dough balls on a prepared cookie sheet and bake Marshmallow Snickerdoodle Cookies for approximately 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges barely begin to turn golden in color.
- Remove Marshmallow Snickerdoodle Cookies from oven and allow to cool on cookie sheet for approximately one minute before moving to a cooling rack.
