Ingredients

2 3⁄4 cup
all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon
baking powder
1⁄2 teaspoon
salt
1 cup
unsalted butter, softened (2 sticks)
1⁄2 cup
brown sugar (light)
2  
egg (large)
2 tablespoon
sugar
2 teaspoon
cinnamon

Instructions

To make this Marshmallow Snickerdoodle Cookies recipe...

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add flour, baking powder, and salt to a small mixing bowl and whisk together.
  • Add butter, Solo Marshmallow Creme, and 1/2 cup of sugar into a medium mixing bowl, and mix with an electric mixer on high for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add eggs and continue to mix on high for one more minute.
  • Reduce the speed to low and gradually add the flour mixture.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix remaining sugar and cinnamon.
  • Shape dough into 1 1/2 to 2 inch balls.
  • Roll dough balls in cinnamon sugar.
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Place dough balls on a prepared cookie sheet and bake Marshmallow Snickerdoodle Cookies for approximately 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges barely begin to turn golden in color.
  • Remove Marshmallow Snickerdoodle Cookies from oven and allow to cool on cookie sheet for approximately one minute before moving to a cooling rack.
