Creating a homemade dessert really doesn’t get much easier than these crisped rice cereal pops!
To make this Heart-shaped Marshmallow Crisped Rice Cereal Pops recipe:
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add Marshmallow Creme and stir until blended.
- Add white chocolate chips and stir until melted and evenly blended. Add in red food coloring (amount depends on desired color), and then add 5 cups of cereal and mix well (greased hands are best for mixing).
- Spread mixture approximately ¾ to 1 inch thick on a greased cookie sheet. Using a cookie cutter, cut out heart or other shapes. Work quickly because as the mixture cools it becomes more difficult to work with.
- Insert sticks into each heart and then decorate as desired or leave plain. Allow treats to cool for 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
