Chocolate Marshmallow Graham Bars
SERVES: 16 COOK TIME: TOTAL TIME: 20 minutes
Ingredients
1 package graham crackers, crushed
4 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 package Solo Marshmallow Creme 7 oz1⁄2 cup marshmallows
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Use cooking spray or butter to lightly grease a 9" round cake pan
In a large bowl, crush graham crackers into pieces around 1/2" in size
Melt butter in a pan on your stovetop, add marshmallow creme after melted, and slowly stir the mixture over low heat
Add cinnamon and salt to the mixture on the stovetop
Stir the marshmallow creme mixture into the graham cracker bowl until completely mixed in
Firmly press the graham cracker and marshmallow mixture into the cake pan and sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate chips while the mixture is still warm (you can also torch the marshmallows to make them a toasty brown color)
Let the mixture cool in the cake pan for at least one hour before cutting into bars and serving (the bars will last for a few days at room temperature in an airtight container)
