Ingredients

40  
mini fillo shells (prepared)
16 ounce
cream cheese (softened)
1⁄4 cup
heavy cream
1 ounce
blueberries
6 ounce
raspberries

Instructions

In order to make this Blueberry Raspberry Marshmallow Creme Tarts recipe...

  • Arrange prepared fillo shells on a serving platter. (Fillo shells can be found in the frozen dessert section of most grocery stores. They may require minimal baking or simply thawing. Follow manufacturer's directions to prepare the shells.)
  • Add cream cheese, Solo Marshmallow Creme, and heavy cream to a medium mixing bowl and mix on high for approximately two minutes.
  • For best results, add mixture to a pastry bag and fill each shell to the top with the mixture. If you don’t have a pastry bag, the mixture can be spooned into each shell.
  • Arrange blueberries and raspberries on top of the filled shells as desired to form a flag or other patriotic design.
