This maple sandwich cookie recipe is simple, delicious, and best of all, fun!

Ingredients

1 package
mini belgian waffles (or vanilla wafers)
1⁄2 cup
powdered sugar
1⁄3 cup
unsalted butter (room temperature)
3 ounce
Solo Marshmallow Creme 7 OZ
1 teaspoon
maple extract

Instructions

To make this Maple Marshmallow Waffle Sandwich Cookies recipe...

  • Take the room temperature butter and powdered sugar and combine in an electric mixer for about 2 minutes.
  • Add marshmallow creme and maple extract and mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread filling into a mini Belgian waffle or vanilla wafer with a knife or use a piping bag for a smoother appearance. Top with another mini Belgian waffle or vanilla wafer and enjoy.
