Ingredients

2 3⁄4 cup
all-purpose flour
1⁄2 teaspoon
salt
1⁄2 teaspoon
baking soda
1⁄2 teaspoon
baking powder
7 ounce
Solo Marshmallow Creme 7 OZ
1⁄2 cup
unsalted butter, softened
1⁄2 cup
dark brown sugar (packed)
1⁄2 cup
cola
1  
egg
1 1⁄2 cup
white chocolate chips
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract

Instructions

To make this White Chocolate Cola Cookies recipe...

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium mixing bowl add flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Whisk to combine.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add Solo Marshmallow Creme, softened butter, and brown sugar. Mix with an electric mixer on high for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add egg and continue mixing on high for another minute.
  • Add Coca-Cola, turn mixer to low, and mix until even blended.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture and mix on low until evenly blended.
  • Add white chocolate chips, and fold into the dough using a wooden spoon or spatula.
  • For best results, refrigerate dough for at least an hour before baking.
  • Scoop dough balls (approximately 2 tablespoons per dough ball) onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake White Chocolate Cola Cookies for approximately 14-16 minutes, or until the edges turn golden in color.
  • Allow White Chocolate Cola Cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes before moving them to a wire rack to cool completely.
