Almond Raspberry Baked Brie is a simple and easy appetizer to bring to your next party!

Ingredients

12 ounce
wheel of brie
2  
pastry puff sheets
1  
egg
1 ounce
Solo Almond Paste
1⁄4 cup
Solo Raspberry Cake and Pastry Filling
1 tablespoon
flour

Instructions

In order to make this Almond Raspberry Baked Brie recipe, allow both sheets of puff pastry to thaw before use. Flatten out almond paste with a rolling pin and a sprinkle of flour to prevent sticking.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out one puff pastry sheet and place the thin layer of Almond Paste on top. Place the wheel of brie on top of the Almond Paste, and fold the edges of the pastry around the side of the brie – making sure to leave the top uncovered.

Spread raspberry filling around top of the brie until covered. Cut extra puff pastry into small slices and begin latticing them across the top in any pattern you choose. Brush the top and sides with egg wash.

Bake for 15 minutes. Allow brie to cool for at least 20 minutes, and serve with your choice of sliced apples, bread or crackers.
