A holiday “twist” on our fan-favorite Almond Horns recipe, these reindeer antler cookies are a delightful addition to your Christmas festivities.

To make these reindeer antler almond paste cookies, get all of your ingredients ready and preheat your oven to 350F. Break the almond paste into little tiny pieces and place it in a bowl or food processor. Pour in the egg whites, sugar, and almond extract. Up next, mix it all together in the bowl or in the food processor until it is nice and smooth. Add in the flour and mix it up again until smooth. Spoon the mixed up batter into a pastry bag with a fitted tip and pipe it onto your cookie sheet in the shape of reindeer antlers. It's cooking time! Place the cookies in the oven for 13 to 15 minutes or until the cookies are golden around the edges (before you put the cookies in the oven, you can sprinkle sliced almonds on them too). Let the cookies cool on a rack for a couple minutes and then dip the antler cookies in the melted white chocolate to make them look like they're covered in snow!
