In order to make the kebabs, you will need the following ingredients:
- 2 Polish sausage/cooked sausage
- 4 green and/or red peppers
- 2 cup pineapple
- 1 cup Chun's Sweet n' Sour Sauce
- 4 servings rice
Polynesian Kebabs Grilling Instructions
To make these Polynesian Kebabs, cut your sausage into eight equal pieces. Push the sausage onto skewers along with peppers and pineapple in any pattern you'd like. Grill the kebabs over hot coals until fully heated, basting them with Sweet and Sour Sauce during cooking.
