In December, Solo Foods hosted a baking recipe contest featuring 16 of the most innovative food bloggers around. The only rules were for the entrants to let their imaginations rule wild and use at least one of Solo's baking products.
After four rounds of voting, winner of the $500 prize turned out to be Helena from the site Saucy Girl's Kitchen. Her wonderful Mini Chocolate Almond Bundt Cake with Almond Cream recipe wowed the more than 10,000 voters that came to the site over the two week voting period.
