To bake this mini tarts recipe, preheat your oven to 400F. Beat cream cheese and butter in medium size bowl with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in flour. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Press balls into bottom and upside of ungreased 1 3/4 inch miniature muffin pans. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pans. When cool, remove tart shells from pans and spoon filling into shells. Top the mini tarts with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
