These simple S’mores Pudding Bars are the perfect no-bake treat for the entire family!

Ingredients

1 package
chocolate pudding mix
2 cup
milk (for the pudding mix)
1 package
graham crackers, crushed
3 cup
marshmallows

Instructions

To make this s’mores pudding bars recipe...

  • Follow the directions on your box of chocolate pudding mix to make a batch of pudding
  • Spread a very thin layer of the pudding on a 9" x 13" cake pan
  • Cover your thin pudding layer with a layer of crushed up graham crackers
  • Cover that layer with 1/3 of your pudding
  • Cover the pudding with 1/3 of your marshmallows and then torch the marshmallows until they have softened and browned (this can also be accomplished by putting the dish under an oven broiler for less than a minute)
  • Continue to layer your ingredients (graham crackers, pudding, torched marshmallows, graham crackers, pudding, torched marshmallows, graham crackers)
  • Heat the marshmallow creme in a saucepan and spread it on top of the bars while it is still heated
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, until the graham crackers have softened to be almost like cake
  • Enjoy! The cake will get soggy within a few days so eat it soon!
