Ingredients

2 1⁄2 cup
all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon
baking powder
1 teaspoon
baking soda
2 teaspoon
cinnamon
1 teaspoon
cocoa powder
1⁄2 teaspoon
nutmeg
1⁄2 teaspoon
cloves
1⁄2 teaspoon
salt
1⁄2 cup
unsalted butter, softened
1⁄2 cup
sugar
1 cup
pumpkin puree
1  
egg
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
1 cup
chocolate chips (mini)

Instructions

To make this Pumpkin Chocolate Chip recipe...

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cocoa powder, nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt to a medium mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
  • In a separate medium mixing bowl, add softened butter, Solo Marshmallow Creme, and sugar.
  • Mix on high with an electric mixer for approximately 2-3 minutes.
  • Add pumpkin, egg, and vanilla to the mixture, and continue to mix on high for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Reduce speed to low and slowly add flour mixture.
  • Mix only until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Add miniature chocolate chips and fold into the dough using a wooden spoon or spatula.
  • Roll dough into 1 1/2 to 2 inch balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Flatten the top of each dough ball, then place the cookie sheet into the oven.
  • Bake pumpkin chocolate chip cookie dough for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Remove pumpkin chocolate chip cookies from the oven and allow cookies to cool on sheet for 1 to 2 minutes before moving them to a wire rack to cool completely.
