To make these Polynesian Kebabs, cut sausage into eighths. Thread sausage onto wooden or metal skewers alternating with peppers and pineapple. Grill kebabs over hot coals until heated. Baste kebabs generously with Sweet and Sour Sauce during cooking. Serve kebabs over rice with Sweet and Sour Sauce on the side.
