Use any Solo or Baker fruit filling to make these oatmeal kolacky delights!
To make an oatmeal kolacky, beat butter, cream cheese and vanilla until creamy. Add flour, oats and salt and mix until blended. Chill dough thoroughly in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 375° F. Roll dough on lightly floured board to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut dough into 2-inch squares with floured cookie cutter. Place kolacky on ungreased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Make depression in center with thum or back of spoon and fill with about 1/2 teaspoon of fruit filling. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving. Or try folding opposite corners to center, press gently to seal!
