Sweet potatoes are baked with sweet marshmallow creme, cinammon and walnuts. A perfect holiday side dish!
To bake this sweet potato dessert recipe, heat oven to 325 F. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add sweet potatoes and cook and cook about 15 minutes. Drain, cool and peel. Place sweet potatoes and pineapple chunks in a 2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with cinnamon. In a small saucepan combine butter and Solo Marshmallow Creme. Bring to boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Pour over sweet potatoes and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Bake the sweet potatoes with marshmallows for 15 minutes.
