Sweet Potatoes (peeled, quartered) 1 cup
chopped walnuts 7 ounce
Solo Marshmallow Creme 8 OZ 1⁄4 cup
butter 8 ounce
Canned Pineapple Chunks (drained) 1⁄4 teaspoon

Heat oven to 325 F. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook and cook about 15 minutes. Drain, cool and peel. Place sweet potatoes and pineapple chunks in a 2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with cinnamon. In a small saucepan combine butter and Solo Marshmallow Creme. Bring to boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Pour over sweet potatoes and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Bake for 15 minutes.
