date filling 2 tablespoon
unsweetened cocoa 1 teaspoon
baking sodaTopping
1⁄4 cup
granulated sugar 1 cup
chocolate chips (6 oz package) 1 cup
chopped nutsInstructions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan and set aside.Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Combine flour, cocoa and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with Date filling and water. Batter will be thin. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle evenly with topping mix.Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool in pan. Cut into squares.
