Ingredients

8  
prepared pastry shells
8 ounce
cream cheese
6 slice
thick-cut bacon (cooked and chopped)
1⁄4 cup
heavy whipping cream

Instructions

To make this Bacon Almond Cream Cheese Tarts recipe...

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Bake prepared pastry shells (in individual tins) for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Mix cream cheese, Almond Filling, and heavy whipping cream in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until well-blended. Slowly mix in bacon pieces (use prepackaged bacon pieces if desired).
  • Scoop mixture into baked pastry shells.
  • Add Raspberry Filling on top of tarts in a thin, even layer.
  • Garnish with crispy bacon for added taste or for a unique presentation.
