Fall is here! For those of you who have waited all summer just to see your favorite treats come back, rest assured, pumpkin spice everything has returned.
This means we’ve created the perfect fall dessert recipe for you to try out: White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Brownies. They’re a quick and easy dessert treat!
Once you’ve preheated the oven and prepared a baking pan, you will mix the pumpkin puree, eggs, canola oil, and Solo Marshmallow Creme. This creme allows for an even sweeter dessert, and gives the bars a better consistency.
You will then mix the other dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Both mixtures will be combined before adding in the white chocolate chips.
We recommend white chocolate chips in this recipe for a lighter flavor mixed with the pumpkin, but feel free to live dangerously and add in darker chocolate if you’d prefer.
The bars will need to bake for 25-30 minutes, and make sure to do the toothpick test to ensure the brownies come out clean. While these yummy treats have a bit of a cake consistency, they are much better served as bars. As an added bonus, bars are more transportable, which means you can snack on these all day when going to work or running errands.
