Run by Carol Kicinski, Simply…gluten-free has recipes for almost every gluten-free meal you would ever want! The website also has a mammoth directory of other high-quality gluten-free bloggers and daily giveaways for products like an Amazon Kindle Fire. Carol wrote the book Simply…Gluten-free Desserts and is an avid Solo user:

A great resource for vegans, Post Punk Kitchen was started by Isa Chandra Moskowitz in 2003 to make cooking fun for vegans. Her blog posts explaining the site’s great recipes are long (in a good way) and extremely in-depth. She has also written seven books since the site launched, including Vegan Pie in the Sky.
Another fantastic resource for vegans, veganbaking.net has pretty much everything you need to help you be vegan. There are recipes, how-to articles, active user forums, book reviews, baking resources for substitutes and conversions and even a vegan baker directory to help you find a vegan bakery near you!
Created by Kris Holechej, nom! nom! nom! is filled with great recipes and advice for vegans. Her vegan baking primer is a must read to help you get started with vegan baking. Kris has also written two books The 100 Best Vegan Baking Recipes and have your cake and vegan too.
