The website also has a mammoth directory of other high-quality gluten-free bloggers and daily giveaways for products like an Amazon Kindle Fire. Carol wrote the book Simply…Gluten-free Desserts and is an avid Solo user:
“When I was developing gluten-free recipes for my dessert cookbook, I discovered SOLO’s Almond Paste in the local supermarket. Since then I’ve kept my pantry stocked with a half dozen cans, as I find myself reaching for it all the time, especially when making not only gluten-free but grain-free desserts”
