As summer begins to wind down, the need for unique grilling recipes is on the rise. After you’ve grilled up the meat and veggies for your cookout, impress your guests with these delicious Grilled Waffle S’mores.
First, allow the frozen waffles to thaw a bit before prepping. Once the waffles have thawed, lay them out on aluminum foil squares to make sure they will fit once you wrap up the foil.
Next, start adding your ingredients onto the waffles. Start with the Marshmallow Creme, then add a little of the Solo Raspberry Cake and Pastry Filling. You can add a little less (or even more) of the suggested recipe amounts to change the flavor, but know that this could change your grilling time.
Add the chocolate onto half of the waffles, and then the remaining waffles with no chocolate will be added on top to create a waffle “sandwich.” Wrap up each s’more in the aluminum foil, and place on low-medium heat on the grill.
Grill one side for approximately 3-5 minutes, before turning to the other side and grilling for the same amount of time. You will want the waffle edges to be a little crispy, while the inside ingredients are melted.
Remove from grill and allow the s’mores to cool for a few minutes. Slice into fourths or halves, then enjoy! We know you will love these grilling season treats!
