White Chocolate Fudge
about 30 squares
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
cup butter or margarine
12 ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped 1 (7 oz) container (2 cups) Solo Marshmallow Crème
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
cup pecans, chopped
- Butter sides and bottom of 9-inch square pan and set aside.

- Combine sugar, sour cream and butter in heavy 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue to boil about 8 minutes over medium heat, stirring to prevent scorching. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate; stir until smooth. Add Solo Marshmallow Creme, vanilla and salt; mix until well blended. Stir in nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Cut into squares before completely set.
