Raspberry Crumble Bars

24 to 32 bars

1 box (16 to 18 oz) yellow cake mix
2/3 cup quick-cooking rolled oats, divided
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 egg
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted
1 can Solo or 1 jar Baker Red Raspberry filling

    Preheat oven to 375° F.

    In medium-sized bowl mix together cake mix, butter, pecans , 1/3 cup oats and egg. Mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of mixture. Press rest of mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and spread with raspberry filling. Combine reserved crumb mixture and remaining oats. Sprinkle over filling. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Hint: Try cutting into larger servings and top with vanilla ice cream for a delicious dessert.
