Almond Tiramisu

1 lb (16 oz) Mascapone Cheese
3 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons coffee liquor
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
24 ladyfingers, split
11/2 cups cold espresso or strong coffee
3 oz semi-sweet chocolate, grated
1 can Solo or 1 jar Baker Almond filling
Combine Mascapone cheese, sugar, and coffee liquor, mixing well. Fold in whipped cream. Set aside.
Line bottom of a deep 3 quart straight-sided glass serving dish with a layer of ladyfingers, cutting some to fit as necessary. Drizzle with 1/3 of the cold espresso. Spread with 1/3 of the almond filling, then 1/3 of the cheese mixture and 1/3 of the grated chocolate. Repeat layering two more times. Refrigerate thoroughly. Scoop into dessert glasses or dishes to serve.
